To develop and execute customer acquisition strategy.
Develop and execute a fully integrated brand marketing communications plan supporting the overall brand strategy.
To promote and embed brand to enhances its culture and essence.
Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, and consumer insight development
Monitor customer and supporter reactions to brand through focus groups and market research ensuring this feeds into the brand communication planning
Implement the brand guidelines - making sure they are followed and adapted appropriately
Oversee the quality of production of marketing products & Creatives through a variety of channels which may include TV and radio adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, email or on-line campaigns, and road shows, catalogs etc.
Be responsible for selecting, managing and maintaining good working relationships with 3rd party suppliers as necessary.
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Manage the day-to-day logistics of the brand programs. Owns timeline management, budget, and program analysis.
Assist in development and refinement of uniform graphic standards and visual brand strategies.
