Formulation Manager

We are looking for a Formulation Manager for a fast growing Beauty brand.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Driving product development for domestic & international launches for for Ayurveda products. Lead a team of Formulation chemists
• Drive formulation projects on an end- to end basis:
• Understanding the principles of Ayurveda strongly, & conceptualizing innovations that are authentic & efficacious. Strong knowledge on sustainable clean & green product development
• Explore new Raw materials & develop exciting innovations. Develop prototypes, making product proposals to upper management, marketing & stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years in cosmetic industry; strong knowledge on formulation; preferable to have knowledge on natural, organic formulation
